Hello all,

My HP DESKJET 1050 Printer and OKI B410d printer stopped working so i did a Microsoft Reset programme under the Recovery option.When that concluded and the PC re-started it locked with the message box 2there was a problem starting RunDLL C:Program Files\HP\HP Deskjet 1050 J410 series\bin\HPStatusBL.dll I can't click the OK box because the mouse is not working.

Please help.

I did not find the right solution from the internet.
